2.5 months after passport submitted still proofs are asked for.

My friend is not happy with me as i have not followed his advice to write to Minister Kenny. Once the tracker is updated, i will mail it to him so that he can get an idea that the whole March lot is waiting.

My advise lets wait..lets see what happens...i was talking to an old applicant(pre 26/6)..he saw format of letters chc has been sending us ..as per him we all r in GCMS ..as per him in old system(Caips) every letter has path to file at the footer and word CAIPS in it.more over till now total 16 applicants in forum have recieved visas and forum represents 4%(app.) of applications that makes NDVO has issued nearly 400 visas almost its monthly quota(it has annual quota of 7500).lets wait till first week of july i think we all will get our due during that time...

There cud be a strong possibility that his RPRF has not been encashed. It is very clearly written on the CIC website that - 'You will only need to pay this fee if your application to immigrate as a skilled worker is approved.' This link was shared by Mahi couple of dys ago.

Not sure of that but in my opinion the VO's encash the draft almost immediately. "Paisa kaun chodega". Encash it first in case has to be refunded it will be later

Its a really strange...that VO asked after such a long time .

My e-cas changed on 30 may 2011 as " In Process" . Then i was expecting MR. But i got different request .

I also got request for Marriage Photos ( 40-50 ) with 14 questions on marriage covering pre-marriage to post marriage. Also they asked me to submit my spouse degree certificate as it was not submitted.

When should i expect reply from VO for MR ?Any Idea ?

WAITING TILL NOW.

Yes I have received receipt of draft encashed on 7th april.

I too have got it encashed dt 07/04/11 and got Receipt on date 18/04/11.
