If that was the case then CB and I would not have received the communication. The file if incomplete from our side is kept in abeyance. People working abroad or trained to work for foreign office work like machines ...complete files move ahead, incomplete files moved aside. Then on BFD dates or whatever dates picked up again checked again ...complete files move ahead, incomplete kept aside.

O.k. let's consider ur statement to be correct. If we all 19 applicants have something missing then how are we going to know about that ? I mean its almost 90 days we all submitted our final documents i.e RPRF and passports. If something was missing than it has to be communicated by VO on BFD ? It has not happened. So I guess that our batch passports are dumped somewhere which is not located by Visa officers. :(

This week is going to complete within couple of hours. We didn't even receive single case of Decision Made this week. I think it is coz. most of visa officers are on leave and may be remaining officers are busy with clerical job for MI3 commencing from July ' 11.

You mean to say we all pending 17 applicants have something missing right. Then my question is when are we going to know about the missing item ? It's almost 3 months we have heard from them. Whatever is the case but there should be communication after certain time period.

Till date i have not received any special requirement from VO.

Dear Silent and my all other frenz..
I guess Always +ve is appealing us to do introspection to our cases if we have not been asked for any special requirement from VO. And i feel its a nice thing to do.. But personally, i dont find any flaw in my case ;)

Aaycee if i am not mistaken even you had not sent ur old pps right? I think there is no harm to instrospect as you right explain. And silent i think all of us should send a general mail not a case specific inquiry to find out about the current status of our application. We will surely get to know something

always+ve, I don't understand that if something is missing by some applicant then are VO not required to mail the applicant for their missing document on their BFD's when they pick up our files . :-\

Yeah, u r right..but i've cross-checked it with many snr. members and concluded that its not required in our case as we dont have any travel history. And about case specific inquiry, we have already sent 2 case specific and 1 general inquiry but no response yet! Even we have recently sent a letter by post. Lets c..

Actually no the onus of providing all the documents lies with us. See understand like this if we happen to miss out sending some documents then it is the VO's opinion that may be we are not that serious with our application as we did not fulfill the requirements. U must be aware that the system of sending all the documents to CIO was started for this particular reason that earlier applicants used to not follow up with their applications with the VO's after getting approval and VO's were just made to sit with the files for 120days. So they changed the system. In this again the VO is actually made to sit with our incomplete(presumably) files and so they keep it aside. This is my best guess for the delay. 2 other possibilities are background checks/security clearnce and maybe we are being treated like pre-june but my first explaination sounds more correct bcos we are not dealing with idiots there who would not be able to identify pre-june from post-june. In pre-june my NOC was not even listed.

We had a little chat with a lawyer friend and he cleared our doubt about it that if we dont have FTH we dont require to send old PPs when asked for VALID ones. If they required old PPs too they would have asked for ALL PPs not the Valid Ones.

Thats what even i had thought and sent only the current valid pps but they asked for the old ones
