Hi there can we make a list with the name and things that we may have done wrong like not submitted old passports etc.

1. Nitroxn Wrong draft amount Initial docs /Med submission: March 29 2011 -Resubmitted draft Encashed 3 May.

Thanks

In that case I had to include " travel history form" along with RPRF and PP which I had not send along with initial application to NS.

Mahi, I know ur papers have file no. starting with E00. Same is the case with me. I also have all the papers including PER with file no. starting with E00. Still i can check my e-cas status with B05 file number which was given by NS through mail during my PER enquiry. If i would not have mailed NS for PER then i would also not know my B05 number. That is why I am saying u that u too have B05 file number which NS might have forwarded to NDVO. I hope u get my point. The file no. starting with B05 was given to post june applicants applied before 15th september i guess.

Hi silent i think you are right .. i used to check my Ecas with the E file number and now for the first time I checked it with B05 file number and it worked. So that means both are file numbers. it is pasted as a special sticker with barcodes. is it possible to check whether people who have received the visa have similar sticker with a different file number

Mahi

I have confirmed this with Qorax, that any obstacle like missing docs, payments during processing of a case will trigger a BFD (usually 3 months) for that file. Then the file wont be looked at again till the BFD arrives.

Nitroxn, NDVO had given me time limit till 24th April to submit RPRF, Medicals , PCC, Travel history form and Passports. I submitted RPRF, PCC, Travel history form and passports on 29th march well before time deadline given by NDVO. Then where comes BFD?

When i was asked to submit my old passports i was given a bfd of 22nd July, does it mean that my file will not be looked at till 22nd July

Yes. There is a chance that your file wont be looked up until 22nd of July.

Guys BFD is nothing but a CRAP. There is no action taken in our BFD which was 1st of June - there hav been people who got thr visas before thr BFD. So what is BFD then? It has no significance.

Hi,
All you guys who have submitted their PPs in March 2011.
What is your eCase status , If it Decision Madel Already or what ?
Please update........

Note: Whoever applied under Post June 2010 is considered under Post 2010 There are two file numbers one with E and another with B both are valid.
B file number i guess is the one is assigned once file reached to the VO for their tracking system.....

Yeah thats what, its not that everybody has got their visa on or around their bfd. So then bfd i suppose just the time or the date before which we have to submit the required docs.

There may be cases which were not finalized may be required further investigation. Also, does all of your ECAS show medical results received? Mine does not.

200% true... this is what i meant. BF'D is just that deadline (that particular date) before which we have to submit all our documents. Everythng else beyond that is mere CRAP.

My ecas status is unreliable because it has never changed. In fact it says we reviewed your application and started processing on 23rd Nov 2010. Now this is the date i received my PER. It has always remained in process even before 2nd aor and med request.
