Cool. What do you mean by 'directly'?
Hi, during my call with the IRCC agent, I was confirmed that the P1 had definitely been sent to me. I then asked which processing office was handling it, and they informed me it was Etobicoke. So, I sent an email to the Etobicoke office with the information they would usually ask for when they send P1 to us. Something like..
Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to inform you that a few weeks ago, an IRCC call center agent informed me that a correspondence email regarding the PR Portal was sent to me on Monday, June 17. After waiting five business days without receiving the email, I called again on Monday, June 24, and requested that the email be resent. After that, I called IRCC again on Friday, June 28, and was assured that the email would be sent to me this week. However, as of today, Thursday, July 4, I have not received any correspondence regarding access to the PR Confirmation Portal from IRCC.
Kindly note that, according to my Application Status Tracker, all stages of my Permanent Resident (PR) application have been successfully completed, and a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR) number has been displayed since Friday, June 14.
I was advised that the IRCC office handling my virtual landing is the Toronto (Etobicoke) office. Therefore, I would like to try sending this email to the appropriate office to proceed with the request. For your convenience, I would like to provide my relevant information for the PR Confirmation Portal to help you gather the information required and avoid further delays in progressing to the next steps.
