My parent PR background check has been completed and I was told that I would be receiving an email from PR Portal asking me the information of current location and contact details. Records on file say that PR portal team has already sent this email to me almost a month ago but I did not receive any email.
I checked my inbox, spam, deleted items several times but could not find any such email. I called up IRCC and requested them if they can resend the email again - Agent said he said sent a note to the PR team. Its been almost week and I haven't received it yet. I am getting very anxious.
Does anybody know how to reach PR Portal team? Or guide me on the next steps please. Thanks!
