See, that's what I wanted ... like a meat and potatoes answer from POS, all I got was fluff... but no news is good news I suppose.

I would maybe send a carefully worded follow question in regards to being out of status... at the worst it sounds like it will just be an interview and then you will need to have your ducks all lined up... prolly with a good explanation for why is in the US without status.

Honestly I eh fraid PSPAN - so far I've been enquiring about the paperwork etc... but never specifics on time (one thing you stay away from). With that I've been getting decent response/feedback. The longest I waited for 4-5 days for a response and that was last week.

Actually I lied, I sorta asked details on the process and they said within 6 months (but that was the first email to them - never agian...but who knows - one of these days i might get mad and blow them up when they start playing up de@$$ - we go see...lol).

Lately I enquire about paperwork, and this has been allowing me to understand and gage their process of my app.

What they did tell me, is to get the updated FBI cert, and submit it to them. I do not know how to do this, and figured I would follow up with that (to them), OR one of you friendlies can assist in giving me a brief understanding on how to provide additional supporting doc. via online.

Ikr...I didn't expect to hear from pos so soon and I know some people don't even get aor2...but I'm so happy to kno they have his file....

Hey this is good news, as some of us may not be too far along as our timing are relatively close.
I know personally my AOR1 was Feb2, and shortly after, Feb 15 it was sent to POS. We are coming to the 30 day mark, and from others, we should be getting an update around this time.

Crossing fingers X that this and/or next week, that things will look well for many of us on getting AOR2 and updates.

Nice!!! Congrats!!! I know I was thrilled when hubby got his AOR2.... we went from getting nothing, to having an update every week on our application lol... I was able to log into my husband's UCI the next day....

It doesn't go active same day... my husband was able to log in next day...

Congrats to you and the husband! You guys will or at least should have a very fast processing time because your application is very straightforward. I think I am the only person in the entire group so far who technically didnt receive aor2, although ''de blasted lying ecas'' said that they started processing the app on the 26th and they send correspondence on the 29th of January. And on another note, I am very certain the pspan email respondents are not always certain on whats happening with a particular file, as in my case they continue to give conflicting reports, especially in regards to ecas......

Lol @ blaster lying ecas! Yea you are right ecas is so tricky it says one thing and you ant even be sure but at least they say they started processing your application ....I don't have that line yet. Sure you will hear soon
