I think i will order my notes too like everyone else. I did try looking at other forum pages to see how to do it.
Does my husband have to sign a paper allowing me to request them. Like it seems difficult to order them.
But really it dosent take over 2 months to do research from the interview. Say yes or no, she knows her answer, WHY does it just have to sit in a pile on her desk. Like there is literally zero point of it.
Seems like some business is going on in POS do maybe you will hear something and they weren't impacted too much by the strike.
Ordering the notes seems difficult but isn't that hard. First thing is you have to gets your husbands permission because he is the applicant and it's basically his file and his information you want to release. He is authorizing the notes to be released to you or if you have a lawyer, your lawyer. The form you need is called ATIP. Once you have the form signed, scan it, complete the online request (think I previously posted the link), attach te consent form (scan it to your computer) and finally pay te 5$ by credit card.
I'm sure a decision was made on your file. Actually it was made the same day or the day right after when she wrote her notes on the interview. It's just so frustrating this hasn't been communicated.
