no my husband does not live in saudi arabia anymore therefore he can not get it directly from saudi arabia,we need a request letter from the canadian embacy and then give it to the nearest saudi arabia embassy where he lives. and till now they have not sent a request letter therefore we will take all the emails we sent and all attempts we tried and show them that we tried.skylar said:

Hi.i just read this today.might be too late.lol.you might have found the answer to your question.We haven't submitted our application yet but i have found out on other posts that CIC will ask for the said document if they need to see it.Some of the applicants were not asked to secure a police certificate. If they did not asked then no need to get one. I will cross the bridge when i get there.Hopefully they won't look for it, coz it's a pain.skylar said:
