Hello Guys,

I need help for applying police clearance certificate while candidate is on Bridge Work Permit specific within Canada. Recently I submitted my PR application without the PCC. I went to BLS India, Vancouver to apply for PCC and at last minute they said that I have to get the Proof from Canadian Authorities that I haven't applied for Refugee/Asylum because my CASE TYPE is 27 on the work permit. They said it is requirement from Indian Consulate to process PCC.

Please reply if someone has faced the same situation and what they did?

Thanks,

The only thing I have is a "Case Type 27" reference in the instructions for issuing BOWPs -
Case Type: 27 – Under examination (means you have applied for PR and your application is "under examination.")

I don't know you you prove that you HAVEN'T applied for refugee/asylum, but you can provide proof that you applied for CEC (AOR..)
