Hello
I submitted via email and it’s took almost 50 days but no response.

is there anybody who facing the same issue?
I tried to call one number which I found on irb site but no one is picking up.

I am following below details.

can you please advise how can I get the status of irb confirmation letter?

I got it last year have you tried sending a web form

Thank you for reply. In how many days you got it? And I don’t know how to send a web form? Can you please share the link?

Actually I sent fax and waited for more than a month and no reply.Then I sent a web form and got reply in a week

I was trying to figure it out but couldn’t find .I don’t remember it is web form or email,I will update you as soon as I figure it out
