Hi guys,

Does anyone know any agents/service providers in Canada that can get a UAE police clearance certificate on your behalf? I really don't know anyone in UAE that I can ask to submit application for me so I was wondering if there are any services based in Canada that can do it for a fee.

Has anybody applied PCC from UK and currently living in Dubai. How did you manage to get 2 addresses proofs. My bank statement, credit card statements even OINP docs are delivered in my office address. I do not have Post Box.

As address proof can I send bank statement and credit card statements having my office address mentioned on it. Also I can get letter from my HR stating that this is my work address and as per the record my residence address is so and so.

Applying UK PCC is really easy, its all online. You only need to provide the proof of address where you need this PCC to be delivered. You can upload your bank statement which has your office address, so that this will be delivered to your office. No need to get any other address proof.

Oh I should have included this question as well in the previous post...My husband recently moved from UK to dubai so he has only bank statement as proof of address that too of his work place. Like me no utility bills, or tenancy contract or phone bills or credit card.

If you have received the WES Hard copy and has Dubai address mentioned in it, then you can use it. Any other official document that has been delivered to his office address - it can be mobile bill or any other ID document like UAE Driving license. Emirates ID does not have address I think.

Recieved my Dubai PCC in Arabic but I asked the lady specifically that I require in english and she confirmed that I will get in English but its not...

Any Dubai applicants kindly suggest what you all did...

Go back to MOI and tell them that you had requested it in English and return this back to them requesting them to replace it with English version.

My passport has my permanent address say X and i got it from PSK of Y city, as X does not have a PSK center.
Now my current address is Z and ofcourse my passport does not have details of Z address on it. All these cities are in the same state in India.

Where should I get PCC from Y or Z?

I hear from other folks, that for getting PCC the current address has be to mentioned in the passport, it this true? Does this mean that I will have to get my passport renewed with current address.

Also is it required to get PCC from PSK only or it can be availed from Police Station also.

Please advice for the above query.

Never heard of PCC with respect to address.
All that's mentioned on CIC website is, COUNTRY OF RESIDENCY, and anywhere you've lived for 6 or >6 months.

Been reading mixed opinions on various threads.

I wonder how people in the past have been going about it?

I come from China, my passport doesn't even show my address at all. CIC has to deal with people from diff countries. So I guess you don't need to worry too much about the address on your passport. Just get the police check for where you have been for over 6 months. get it notarized.
