Hello,
I am currently in Mexico and in the process of moving to Canada. As part of the requirements, I need to obtain a Mexico police certificate. I have sent several emails to MXICO-IM-RAU@international.gc.ca requesting a letter to present to FGR, but I have not received a response.
Could you please advise if there is another way to contact the Canada embassy in Mexico to obtain this letter? Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

They will send the letter after you submit your documents.

If you need a request letter
Some countries will give you a police certificate only if you have a request letter from us. If this applies to you
upload a document in the police certificate field in the document checklist that says “I am applying from a country that requires an official request letter from IRCC to get a police certificate.”
We’ll then review your application.
If it is otherwise complete, we’ll send you more information on how to get a police certificate.

You just need to upload the document with that phrase and later they will send you the letter in the portal.
My advise is not to send a lot of email of the embassy, they will just ignore you.
