[PNP] Still need to submit IMM 5620, even if paid by online ?

Hi folks,

I am applying PR through PNP, and paid by online. I got the offical receipt and filled out a payer information on it.
My question is that I still need to fill out and submit IMM 5620? So need to submit both, IMM 5620 and the Offcial receipt? or Only the official receipt will be enough?
