Hi skalair, your timeline is also awe inspiring, esp in the provincial stage!
You applied in March 2014 and in just 3 months, June of 2014, you got nominated! Are you with the MPNP or ... ?
6 months after, your file was transferred to the CIC stage!
May I know which documents the PNP requested from you in June, before your Nomination?
And lastly, may I know what was your self assessment points out of 100, if you dont mind?
Thanks in advance!
Hi,
For me state of nomination is Nova Scotia under RLMD. There was no point system in Nova Scotia.
Regarding document request in June 2014 following were clarifications:
1- I used the IELTS on-line verification system to confirm your scores from your test on May 10, 2014. The online report says that you were not repeating the test; however, there is an IELTS report form in your NSNP application showing that you took the test on November 9, 2013, too. Please clarify.
2- Through the research you have done, what specific jobs have you found in Halifax?
3- Have you contacted any potential employers in the Halifax area? Please submit supporting documentation to verify.
4- In section Application Details on page 1 of your IMM 0008 Generic form:
o For question 1, the program under which you are applying is “Economic”.
o For question 2, the category under which you are applying is “Provincial Nominee”.
o For question 4, identify the visa office requested to process your permanent residency application. It would be the visa office responsible for your nationality or the visa office responsible for the country in which you are currently residing and have been lawfully admitted for at least one year.
5- In Sections 8 and 12 on your IMM 5669 Schedule A form, write “Present” in the “To” column as the end date for your current items. Your wife must do the same on her Schedule A.
Note: As i submitted the requested information, PNP send me nomination confirmation within 30 minutes (in Canada it was working time).
thanks.
