Today I got an email from ADVO stating following:
In order to continue processing your application, we ask that you provide us with the following documents/information:
1. Please provide a list of all your residential addresses since your 18th birthday.
2. Please clarify if you hold permanent residency in any other country, namely Australia. Provide proof of your permanent residency in Australia.
3. Provide an employment reference letter from your current employer which states your job titles held, dates of employment, and responsibilities.
If we have asked you to submit an original police certificate(s), and/or photos, please send all required documents together by regular mail or courier. You cannot send it by fax or as an attachment to an email because we require originals/printed photos.
I am not able to understand the last part(italic and bold) of this email. ADVO never asked about police certificates, so should I consider that I do not need to send these?
Your help will be highly appreciated.
Regards
Khurram

If they have not asked for police certificates then no need to send but in case they require it, then you should provide them original one, no photo copy.
