Last time i also received same email from ADVO stating below:

1. supplymentry travel information. only.

If we have asked you to submit an original police certificate(s), and/or photos, please send all required documents together by regular mail or courier. You cannot send it by fax or as an attachment to an email because we require originals/printed photos.
so i did not send them PCC coz i had already sent them while CIO.

You just send them your all address which is point no.1 and employer's reference letter and job responsibilities which is point no. 3 thats it.

It will be fine Khurram to send them those addresses but be systematic while writing the addresses. Most probably you missed the form section where we give this detail and now they are asking about it.

I did cross verification. I filled that section in form. I think my australian pr is confusing them.

We are done with medicals we haven't pay the RPRF yet , can we pay that without the request or
we need to wait until the ADVO sent us email ? If yes how we are going to pay , what are the procedures?
I guess paying it right away will lessen the waiting time for PPR .
