I am just curious, are those documents were not included when you submit the application or they just want you to update it? i hope you don't mind

guys, i received another mail from CIC for additional documents..IMM5406, IMM5669 and IMM5549.
due is on Dec 31, 2011 but i will submit it tom. Is it better to submit via email?

I did not submit the imm5549 before, its almost the same as imm5669 schedule A, the only
difference is that u dont have to fill-out electronically. the other doc is an updated
additional family information. ill be sending the additional docs tomorrow thru courier. i tried to send them
via email to inform them also that original documents to follow but it bounced back.

havnt tried my ecas yet.

Hi samina, I think I have answered this in my previous post...my e-cas shows "In process" and yes it states that our "medicals have been received" but without date on when they have received it. It also shows that they strated processing our applicatioin last August 2011.

hi achieco, i also received another mail from CIC for addtional documents imm0008depenu & imm5549..which way of sending is much better via email or courier? i prefer to submit via email what do you think?

congrats for ur AoR and 2ndly send additional documents via courier because some document need your signatures and imm008 have a space for pic so dont send by email.

I submitted via courier this morning, so hopefully they will receive it by Sunday.

for those who experienced additional requirement,
will it take another 4 months for the embassy to open my file again?

we submitted the updated imm0008 with barcode when we submitted the full application to CIC but now they require imm 0008dep for me and my son...i will send the pending requirements via courier maybe by Sunday..any idea after AOR how many months to wait for the MR?..goodluck to all of us

Yes they requested Re med.for some members,police clearance and some up-dated forms.

I assume there is no any specific rule to attend the candidates.It depends only upon your luck.

Hi everyone,

Congrats and goodluck to those who have received their AOR. Ive also submitted my docs last Aug and awaiting for AOR. Since there was a change of procedure with issuance of NBI clearances last July, i was not able to submit it but only the police clearance from UAE. Any idea how to send it now? Im afraid that it will get lost if sent separately since I have no file number yet from embassy or AOR? Any advice please. . .
