So I believe, I have cleared all the parameters including Criminality and Security and my file is in a final review as I called CIC on Oct 03, 2019 and they said BG check and criminality is passed and security check is being processed so I am just assuming that, security check is also completed and my file is in final review. The review takes time of 8 to 10 days and then PPR is sent. These are all my assumptions according to the conversations I read in this forum.

Called cic on Oct Ist and I was told eligibility and criminality were passed and background check is in process. But I didn’t receive the PAL email. Do anyone know how long before I might receive it.

same like urs those who got PAL and almost got PPR everybody those who havent receives PAL they are still waiting for PPR like me .

Nothing special just security screening.
And nothing were not started in his application, even elegibility until last week.
