I had called them and agent told me my file was on last stage. She also told me that I will get good news before Dec as security will take max 3 months. I was so happy.

I called after a few days and agent told me security has not even started and don’t keep hopes high as we cannot guarantee processing time.

they don’t tell us exactly on which stage our file is. thats why I’m not calling them anymore

What is you ar/aor date? they told me the same thing ..

Yes you can pay it without request. Usually people pay it upfront while submitting their application because its refundable
