I called after a few days and agent told me security has not even started and don’t keep hopes high as we cannot guarantee processing time.

they don’t tell us exactly on which stage our file is. thats why I’m not calling them anymore

I am a inland applicant. My mailing address changes between indian and Canadian address almost everyday. Is this means they working on my application or something else.

Yes you can pay it without request. Usually people pay it upfront while submitting their application because its refundable
