I was worried because my AR was at the end of august and still no AOR.
So I'm not the only one?

But why? Is there a reason why our application are still not processed yet?

SINP Outland.
I believe the inland cases will be faster than Outland, especially under current circumstances and travel restrictions. Inland applicants are in any case already in Canada.
Even though we are inland there are still lots of applicants. Though I heard from a lawyer very recently, that IRCC is trying to speed up the process, she knows someone whose PR took 18 months. Lets hope that will apply to us

It is not permitted by CIC to do. It is all our choice whether we want to do it or we want to wait for Medical Request.

Also, nothing is mentioned online that someone who did upfront medical got punished or harmed. Nothing is mentioned officially anywhere on CIC's website.

Keep only 1 thing in mind. Medical results are valid only for 1 year.
I actually spoke to an Immigration lawyer recently and she also said it is ok to get medicals done upfront but also emphasized about the 1 year validity. She advised I wait a few more months, as IRCC will not need it until later in the year.

Literally every single person I know that applied for the paper pr received everything in 13 months max.
But here, I only see persons with 20+ months.

And I can't understand the difference.
