That shouldn't be the case, all you need is for them to send it to RCC and also ask them to give you the copy of the emedical as soon as possible which you will upload via webform and will be updated on your profile.

Apply for a fresh one and update IRCC with a copy of the Passport Data Page information be attached through the Webform

@mabakar25274 You don not need to wait for the instruction letter., I would advise you to upfront Medical just many others did and it would take few days to be uploaded on the system.
