No I an not trying in two different categories, I applied for AINP in 2013 and heard nothing and in Feb 2016 I got married, so my husband and I decided to apply through the spousal category so I got my medical and police clearance done in advance. But then I got nominated through AINP in September 2016. Going back to my earlier question. 2. Can I pay my application fee using a Canadian Credit Card? In the Fee Payment Form IMM5620E, Section B there is a Option for Cardholders Signature. How can I manage the Signature if the Card Holder resides in Canada ?
3. There is a "Online Payment" option in CIC website, can I use that for paying the application fee. Even If I can, the fee will be paid before i submit my application, do I need to include the "Fee Payment Form" ??

3. Once you make your payment online, you do not need to include the fee payment form. Just print the receipt that is generated when you pay online and submit a copy as part of your application.ahmad_nafi said:Hello Everyone,
