ususlly, it takes 1-2 weeks to process your medical results after they received your medical check.

I thought i could PPR by February. anyway, just wait.

did you check on cic website or order note for tracking your status? which province are you coming from? I has similar situation but cic updated mine to "MR received" On Oct 14th 2017.

my research indicates it is hard to say the exact 3 or 4 months.but most scenarios take 3-4monthes from Med to PPR. anyway,Hopefully, I could finish the whole process before February 2018.
