my application was also received by cic on november 17, 2016 and aor on january 13.

My background check is also changed to NA.

Its normal I guess.

i got aor jan 23 ,and passed med on 6th march ,same day my bckround in process as well .but how long it takes to get dm thanks

CIC received my resubmitted application on 24 March 2017
For linking the CIC account I have to create a new GC Key login once again or shall I use the old login to link the CIC account.

In old account u can show only old application, so have to make new one.
