Hello guys, they requested my additional documents September 2017, and I had submitted right away after their request. However, it was stuck at “we are reviewing your additional documents” until now and beckground check. Anyone has same situation as mine? Thanks.

Oh my god there's a status of “we are reviewing your additional documents” ??!
I got additional document request in Feb. 2018, and submitted right away, and till this day the status of "Review of additional documents" shows "The additional documents you provided have been uploaded."
Does this mean they have not take a look at my document for six months?

Ok that was for crminality. Medical is requested after criminality is passed. So dont worry its just a gliych.

Thanks. Last time I called them, they said eligibility and criminality were passed. Just in background check and security check not start yet.

Just a suggestion, whoever has money and enough points should apply via express entry(Canadian experience class) as well ,my friend waited for 17 months from provincial nominee, no P.R, applied via express entry, got his passport request in 2.5 months. His provincial nominee background check was still in process.

I am doing the same, its been 21 months already and who knows ,have to wait 6, 7 more months.
I'm gonna try my luck with express entry too and its gives you flexibility to move out of the province as well.
