Ya i got my gcms notes in june but they were of no help. I called them through my local mp on july 19th . The response that i got was a request might be made to extend my medical but no confirmation has been received on that yet

Yeah i have passed the eligibility, security and criminal checks

Question : I got pr after they scheduled an interview. during the process they dint stamp anything on my passport they just gave COPR. I am planning to go out of country, will it be a problem when i come back ? with work permit

There was no update on my ecas though.

Here is my timeline

Sent application April 24/2017
AOR July 8/2017
Additional docs which were mainly update of my address and PC Jan 27/2018
Medical March 2018 (Medicals passed in the same month)
Passport request 2 Aug 2018

Hello guys, please how many months validity do i need to have on my passport before passport request form cic

6months is recommended because the visa will only be valid for the time ur passport will expire which means if it's 3 months for example then u must complete ur landing in that time frame. However some visa officers would ask u to renew ur passport if u ve less than 6months , some don't and go ahead to stamp it if u ve some time . But it's the officers discretion

Hello guys, they requested my additional documents September 2017, and I had submitted right away after their request. However, it was stuck at “we are reviewing your additional documents” until now and beckground check. Anyone has same situation as mine? Thanks.
