I got a similar email from CIO-Sydney yesterday asking me to submit Schedule A, RPRF Receipt and PCCs. I have the following questions:

PCC:
I got PCC from Indian Embassy on 03-Nov-2014. And I kept it with myself thinking that I will submit when they ask me to. Now following this forum I understand that the PCC is valid for 6 months. At the same time CIC website says that "The certificate must have been issued no more than three (3) months prior to submitting your application." Does it mean that my PCC is valid or do I have to apply for another one? And it doesnt make any sense as I have not left Canada in last three years.

Schedule A:
I have changed my address after I submitted my application so do I update the Addresses on the form or keep it the way it was when I applied and not submit the form. I did notify CIO about the address change and I got their confirmation. Also on the Personal History my time line looks like
2013-05 to 2014-10 XXX
2012-08 to 2013-04 XXX
- Is this considered a gap or the months should overlap?

Thank you guys for your help!!

I don't think there is any gap the way you present your personal history. actually one of my frds who already got PR used the same style to display his personal history. FYI, me as well.
