People help me in this. I want to know after getting file number and medical are we eligible for open bridging permit or not and without compliance form. Because most of the lawyers are saying they have stopped open bridging permit for province nominee is that true? even cic customer service people have no information about this. Please help me in this because my employer said no for compliance form. And I am left with 2 months open work permit.

HI, As per the current trend I may get AOR by 20th Apr followed by medical. But I have to leave the country by 29th Apr. Is it possible if I will go thru medical in India and submit to CIC. Will it be valid? Please advise me.

hi there,

i just called the cic call center and asked about it and she said that will be fine you can take a medical exam outside canada only under those panel physician.

btw,
just got my aor just few minutes. applied nov. 7,14 . aor received nov.14,14. thank you God.

I have similar question on WP application. The one thing I know if that compliance form has come into play since Feb. Whether open WP is not being issued for provincial nominees or not....... I don't know. I suggest (and I'm doing the same) to go to the Work visa forum (temp skilled) to see what info we can glean. I'm not in Canada but applying for jobs and got an interview.
