I was send Upfront medical results through Case Specific Enquiry web form 10 days ago and no answer yet.
Also send results to CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca and nothing except automated answer.
I'm a little bit worried because time goes and 11th January 2016 is deadline for medical exam.

Try calling them every day until you hear back from them because emailing CPC Ottawa takes 20 business days for them to answer and CIO Sydney takes 30 business days.

I will send them tomorrow at address which send me in reminder mail for additional documents.

I was send UFM results to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca and they respond with link for Case specific enquiry form.

Thats because our case is still at Sydney office. Yes the email you mentioned is more faster as its direct email (not sure if this form has ability to send the enquiry directly to respective office or someone forwards them from a central place).

When i enquired to ottawa office last time they gave me the sydney office email address to contact them as my file was not with Ottawa.

Anyway, its good to know that we can use this form. thanks.

I realy don't know what to do. That's like looking for something in dark tunel.
Tomorrrow I will send all documents to Sydney address where we need to send additional documents from reminder mail.

for the passing whole year, no one has gotten a decision made by cic for inland applicant. this is really ridiculous.

The worst part is that the quarter4 applicants of 2014 is still waiting for DM and PPR. So many of 2014 applicants are still waiting, some were issued months before. Not sure when they will clear 2014 ones before they start attending quarter1 2015 applicants. After all these ones are done then only its our turn... hopefully they start doing it fast like few months ago from Jan onwards.

I sent my upfront medical on CPC Ottawa and also to Sydney thru case specific enquiry on Dec 24 and today I got an email from cpc ottawa that the medical has been received.
No update on my online account though.

No I just sent an email to cpc ottawa and cio Sydney and got a reply back today from cpc ottawa only.

I think that most of us are under sydney office (through reminder email we can know the address for sydney,ns) but not sure if we have few got transferred to ottawa yet.

Not sure if we can use the address given for sending pcc.
