Same situation by me.
I send mail to CIO but no answer.
Then I send mail to Case Processing Centre in Ottawa and they send me this:
"Dear ...my name,

Then I fill online Case Specific Enquiry web form, upload medical results with new IME numbers and explain whats happen.
One week past and no answer yet.
For reach Call centre I need to take day off because that is mission impossible.
I wish you good luck and please, share information if you find out something new.
