Yes, I did.

I did it on October 22nd

Doctor sent it on October 28th

Updated on Ecas between November 10-13.

I did write a letter to CIO Sydney, request them to attach my medical to my PR file and mailed that letter to Sydney office along with my medical tracking sheet.

Ok. Great.
Let us see how long they are going to take after medicals as they are yet to clear 2014 applications. Thinking they will do it in Jan & Feb to start working on 2015-Q1 applications. Let us see.

Same situation by me.
I send mail to CIO but no answer.
Then I send mail to Case Processing Centre in Ottawa and they send me this:

Then I fill online Case Specific Enquiry web form, upload medical results with new IME numbers and explain whats happen.
One week past and no answer yet.

For reach Call centre I need to take day off because that is mission impossible.

I wish you good luck and please, share information if you find out something new.

Thanks for sharing the info. I also sent the upfront medical info sheet and the IM1710 form that they had emailed me and explained the situation in the email. I emailed both to ottawa and Sydney.NS. I also called the doctor and they said they can send it for me but that is a long process as its first sent to doctor's head office and then forwarded to ottawa. Cpc Ottawa then finally forward it to Sydney NS. I think emailing directly to immigration should be sufficient.

Correct the first is the right one as when i enquired ottawa office to send my pcc they said the file is not with them and asked me to enquire with sydney office at this address CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca. Also we send our RPR fee to the second address hence not sure about sending other than the fees.

i was the applicant of jan 15 but rejected due to insufficient fund prior application after that i applied for the review.still i didn't get any result.now I'm waiting for sinp 2016 application.i am afraid that my jan 15 application may affect my sinp 2016 application.any idea plz share

Hi everyone!

Congrats on all who got their medical exam request! I got mine Dec 23!!!! Woohoo and just finished doing it today.

They gave me an Information Sheet though with my details and told me I need to send it to Ottawa as confirmation that I did my medical exam. The receptionists in the doctor's office were extremely rude and even though I asked them in person and called again to ask what to do exactly with that letter, they wouldn't give details. Anyone know? I'm taking about the Information Sheet that has your picture and personal details.

Any light shed on the matter would be highly appreciated.

You should have gone to the doctor who does eMedical. Now you need to send it to correct visa office. It may be ottawa or sydney for inland.

He did eMedical. He told me personally. But it was his rude receptionist who told me I had to send it.

Relax jimmylama88 ... The doc. should submit ur report thru eMedical... it is there responsibility... hopefully, soon u will see "medical received"... I never ever talk to those receptionists
