I think that asking on this decease is part of enquiring on medical history of the candidate. When i went to one doctor to ask what all issues can came in medical, he asked about first thing on asthma. he said he had not seen cases in the last 20 years but he told rest should be ok as long as we dont have any major decease.

Was it in a separate form at your doctor?

You wait for the medical day and prior of the medical you need to tell your doctor upfront.

In my case, I see ghost and it must declare it. ;D
