PNP PR May,2015 Applicant

Hi guys,

My baby was born in last month, so far I am getting him registered and applying for Birth Certificate. I am wondering if I update this info with CIC, will it slow down my application or speed up? I just get AOR.

Hi I have the same situation. I emailed them attaching his birtj cert amd I had also called call center, it wont affect at all coz he is not included in your application. Your baby is canadian citizen already

I did email them too adding my new born baby from last month. I have not heard anything back though. if the baby born here you dont have to do anything. I just report to CIC though but did not report to BC PNP office. should I make a report to BC PNP? I am afraid that they will adjust ajd re calculate the income threshold and my income not gonna be enough to sponsor one more family member and get withdrawn.,Any suggest?

I received my Medical Request today(Saturday 08 August 2015 @ 10:26AM Paris Local time)!

My Timeline again:

CIO received my application: 07 MAY 2015
I Received Direct EP AOR from CIO: 23 JUNE 2015 (47days after Application Received)
I Received File Transfer Email from Paris Visa Office: 11 JULY 2015 (18days after EP AOR)
I Received my Medical Request from Paris Visa Office: 08 AUGUST 2015 (28days after File Transfer Email)

My status isn't In Process yet because in Paris Visa Office it is normal to send Medical Request and some other document update(If it is needed) first and then after 1 or 2 months after Medical Result received date, they will change the status to "In Process" and finalize the application in the next 1 to 2 months and finally send Passport request at the end.

They didn't request any additional documents from me and I only received Medical Request.

I hope we can hear very good news from our friends here in this forum everyday!

Congrats Victor, just confused about what do you mean File Transfer Email? does that mean additional file request via Email transfer?

In addition, isn't it in progress once they sent you AOR?

Yes Medical is the last item from my side. As I know in Paris visa office they will wait at least 1 month after Medical Result received date to start In Process and another 1 to 2 months before sending Passport Request. It seems the minimum time I can receive my visa is in November! ;D

"File" means "Application". After receiving EP AOR, CIO will send application to local visa office and when visa office received that application they will send another email (It is another AOR Email) and it is File Transfer email.
