As we know Manila visa office is working very fast these days and you can plan for your new years holiday as well!!! ;D

Yes, got it at last. still way to go but as of current trend I think the first stage of AOR is viral and much time consuming. I hope our processing will be smooth as silk

I don't know whether I'll end up going through the Canada office (as I'm already here) or the London office (as I'm an Irish citizen, but lived my whole life in England).

Either way, it could be 16 months or 27 months! Nowhere near as speedy as Manila!

Right now, it's taking about 10 weeks, or slightly more, for the Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) email to be sent by CIC. This confirms that they have received your application.

Yes Victor I needed it badly now. Also little worry too. I think they are yet to finish issuing EP for the rest of May hence i think my file is complete . Thinking this week's batch cut off is 28th May . Dont know if any EPs issued on fridays.

Ya me too buddy. Where is the AOR of the week which is supposed to come in the beginning of the week but looks like its coming at the end of the week today
The waiting is already killing and not sure when we will see our DM

What it actually means is that it has been sitting in their office, and they haven't looked at it yet!
