I an aug 08 applicant still w8ng for medical

Many friends of mine who have applied after me under EE already got they PR.... I think it is totally ridiculous for the way we are treated.

I am aure that they gonna give us pr in next year as they have to do certain number of applications each year i guess

Yes they should but as they r already on backlog of files
I don think they gonna make it under deadline

PR file received on 14SEP2016 .

I don't know what they doing no MR noting they are kind of dead.

They are doing it in batches. July 2nd week to August 1st week applicants were sent MRs on 9-11 October while alot of previous bones got their pprs.

By Nov 9-10 there should be another batch that will receive Mrs and pprs. So hopefully your next.

Same thing happened to us the request is still there as well but no attachment and no further updates

I have a question I have a representative for my file he is not doing any work on my file I have to do by myself he just talking money nothing else he is doing.can I change the representative and what r the consequences that the representative can do if I stop giving him more money and call cic about the change. Please help me out thanx

Well Representive dont do anything than doing documents nd uploading file.its jst they do access of your account on your behalf.As when u sent application.alongside authorised to use representative.you can tell him you dont need his service anymore & check out the progress by yourself.
