Budyy STOP his access to your files rite away. Thers a form online change of representative. And make no representative only you can access.. 5000$ unreal. It costs 1040$ total and thats CIC processing cost.

Hi, I am sorry to hear this happened to you. I don't think what he is doing is legal and ethical, you should probably report this to CIC, meanwhile cut him off from your application. Consult a lawyer if necessary. Good luck!
