It is an error. I got the same status without messge. I called them and raised a ticket. Later CIC sydney mailed me that they have not requested any medical and I will get it in due course of time. if you check the forum you will see many people got the same status without any instruction. You can also call them to get the correct information.I hope that helps.

Can anyone share the timelines the complete process takes as i have applied for the PR on 8th Feb-17 after paying the complete fees and the expected time shown to process my application was 50 Days. But already 130+ days have passed and the application is still under process. Last update was UCI no. was updated in my profile around 20 days back. BG check - NA, Rewiew of additional Documents - "The additional documents you provided are being rewiewed". Please guide on the timelines in case anyone has received the PR.

Hi, my PGWP expired on june 12, and i applied and received my new work permit. This work permit is through the LMIA exampt stream. So it is different from my previous permit as the condition of work changed on the work permit (i can only work for my employer). I was wonering if i need to update my work permit document with cic?? Or does cic automatically update my work permit with my PR application? My application was paper based PNP application.

Did upfront medicals on April 4 without waiting to be requested them. On May 12 both CAS and myCIC were updated, showing medicals as "passed" (myCIC) and "received" (CAS). Now waiting for background check to change to "In Process".
