this is the first time i'm hearing this, I thought all inland applicant's process at Sydney, Nova Scotia.

Nope, I didn’t any update. Paper based PNPs testing our patience.
I’m expecting my PPR around September or October. In September my wife expecting a baby. Lets see who is coming first baby or PPR

I'm not sure about that because i'm single inland applicant.
My file never transferred anywhere.
May be seniors can answer this question or may be try calling CIC.

I have received the passport request today at 6 pm. Feb 24 single inland applicant. A Russian by nationality.

The whole process that started way back in April 2015 seems to be almost done.

We’re almost there guys!

Congratulations my friend! I wish you much success here in Canada now that you can finally start your life for real, you deserve it!

Meanwhile I'm January 19th 2017 and still waiting....

PS: I seem to have gotten a ghost update. That's just an "Application Updated" message with nothing in it right? Omg so tense....

I called cic only couple days ago and the agent told me my security hasn't started yet at that time. I think they are not allowed to disclose any progress for the security or the update is not showing until it's done.
