Even I am an SINP paper based candidate. Got my medicals passed on 26th March, 2018. And no updates till now. Below is my time line..

AOR - April 21, 2017.
Add. Docs Requested - December 15, 2017.
Medical Request - March 2, 2018.
Medical results received - March 26, 2018
File transferred from NDVO to Vancouver CIC office - June 19, 2018.

Awaiting PPR..!!

However, not clear as to what does the file transfermeans, and by when should I expect the PPR

My agent has got a mail that my file is trabtransfe from NDVO to Vancouver.

However, not sure what's after this or what should I expect..
