Other than applying for gcms notes, sending case specific enquiry, and calling the customer care, is there any way to find out the real reasons for delay? Aren't we entitled to know why our files are being delayed and not processed within the normal processing times? We need answers!

502 Bad Gateway Error...Help

I guess some people know this error code but though to share the view.

The 'Bad Gateway' error is coming from the server, and usually has nothing to do with your PC. It may just be that the site is overloaded. Often, simply refreshing or reloading the page (Ctrl-F5) will work, but sometimes the problem can persist for hours or day.

Solution: Pleas login with your credentials after 5 PM or if the traffic is less than limit you will hit the spot.

Because It happened with me but I logged in after 5 and worked lol.

March 9, 2016 applicant. Nothing new except background check which changed to in process couple of weeks ago. Not sure what to make of it.
There should be answers to the delay and we need to know what they are.
