I talked to my MP last week and she called to IRCC. They replied that my case went through all the checks including security in mid-April and the next step of requesting a passport.
Since mid-April, I have nothing ....no updates.
And IRCC promised to reply within 10 days what is the reason for the delay. Today is 14 days, no replies ....Jan 11 aplicant.

April 27th 2016 Applicant. Got PPR less than an hour ago. I sent an email to my MP yesterday. My ECAS and online CIC account says in progress though. But I have received PPR email.

When your background check change to in progress?exact 16 months?

Medical stucked for 5 months due to 3 times remedical of my 4 years Child without any reason finallly passed Medical on July 20th, 2017

And finally today September 01, 2017 Got PRr.
