I am January 11 applicant and received an email from CIC requesting a receipt of PRPF.
ARE YOU SERIOUS? I paid and sent it last Sep.
They said I must reply to the email they sent attached a receipt, however, no email address.
so I uploaded through ECAS as the page was activated and after I uploaded the receipt the page was closed (CANNOT change anything)
More trouble is I uploaded a receipt for my spouse accidentally not mine they requested mine. I uploaded mine and my spouse's through CSE just in case however I am worried what they said in the letter, MUST reply to this email.
SO I have been trying to contact CIC since this morning (of course cannot transfer my call to an agent due to the high volume of calls) to see if they can do the upload page activated then I will redo with mine.
So frustrating all of these steps.
You need to call them. When you try to call, you will not be transferred to an agent, for 6-7 times. but keep ceiling and they will transfer you, eventually. Just keep calling.
