I am January 11 applicant and received an email from CIC requesting a receipt of PRPF.

ARE YOU SERIOUS? I paid and sent it last Sep.

They said I must reply to the email they sent attached a receipt, however, no email address.

so I uploaded through ECAS as the page was activated and after I uploaded the receipt the page was closed (CANNOT change anything)

More trouble is I uploaded a receipt for my spouse accidentally not mine they requested mine. I uploaded mine and my spouse's through CSE just in case however I am worried what they said in the letter, MUST reply to this email.

SO I have been trying to contact CIC since this morning (of course cannot transfer my call to an agent due to the high volume of calls) to see if they can do the upload page activated then I will redo with mine.

So frustrating all of these steps.

You need to call them. When you try to call, you will not be transferred to an agent, for 6-7 times. but keep ceiling and they will transfer you, eventually. Just keep calling.

4th point added today but, I submitted those documents (PCC) long ago.
Do I need to submit again ?

No need to submit it. They are sometimes late to upload. One of my friend Oct.2016 applicant shows Medicals Recieved in his ECAS. He never did medicals

Yes that's right. Cic is very lasy to apload status on time

If you have linked your application and when BG changes from we're processing to N/A, do we get any email ?

They close everyday at 4:00pm EST. So today is gone. Lets hope for tomorrow.
Its already been two days since we rec'd our DM.

Jan 17th. Got DM today. Background check changed to in progress on 19th April.

Can I ask your GCMS note Group name? cos I just wondering we are same group or not.. my group name is PNP 2017/4/12 and Group number 1-BA1LWHM. My files is located in PACE. So I hope we are same group. By the way I'm 13 Jan applicant. Thanks

I have got same feeling. We have 9 weeks left, so I suppose if everything goes well someday in July we have to get something.
