May I propose a workaround. When you are trying to open a page and it shows you blank type in https;//in front of www.canadavisa.com in address bar. You will get the content of the page (not in an organized format though) then you can click on reply to any post you want to reply to. ;)

The new website is too problematic for me too.
The only way i can get it to work is in an Incognito tab on chrome, and that's one time out of maybe 6 or 7 tries.
I hope this gets stabilized soon.

Hi my name is Jack. I wish all the best to everyone.
Jan 2016 :I applied PR with BC PNP in Canada
April 25/ 2016: AOR
Oct 2016: missing seduial A information
March 20/ 2017: Medical received

Now waiting for PPR.
But my work permit is going to expire in June 2017. I will extend it this month to buy me some times for my PR, I am so nervous. Maybe I will not get my PR because my work permit. So sad now.
Thank you so much for your reply.
I am not sure if I am allow to apply Bowp. Although in my pnp paper it says : Restrictions on Employment - NO, but my pnp is based on my job offer, I am not allow to work for other employers until I get my PR. In this case should I extend my work permit for close work permit? Or can I still apply
If you do not have restrictions on Employment you should apply for BOWP with your AOR, It is easy, just make sure you have a receipt of open work permit holder fees.
you also need to pay work permit application fees alongside.( processing time online- 46 days)

I had restrictions on employment on PNP, so I applied for a closed work permit on March 20, and got approved on May 4, 2017.

I wish you should get PPR before June.
Good Luck.

I have started a new thread to vent out our sad wait time-related stories - please take a look at it :)

Surge in processing times for PNP paper applicants 16 months as opposed to EE 6 months

Thank you for your help. The pnp
Paper is so confuse to me: on one side I know I am not allowed to work for other employer until I get pr, so this is like a restriction already. but then it says no restrictions on employment in pnp paper. How is this pnp making any sense? Thank you so much for your help, I am just confused by pnp and cic.....

Today is exactly 16 months for me and I am already tired of waiting :(
I passed my 16 months a week ago, and nothing changed.
So i called CIC, and they asked me to wait until June 10th. I want to say: FFFF

In your situation, you should clarify with your PNP office to make sure, If your PNP is based on a job offer then it is likely to have restrictions on employment. Confusing to me as well.
