GCMS is Global case Management system. You can request GCMS notes to know what's the status of your file. Like what all stages it went through and where it is now in a very detailed way. It will contain almost 24 pages with every single thing happened in your PR file. It costs $5, but it can be requested from someone who is in Canada.

Yesterday my Medical Changed to In Process from Not Required. But no MR in Mail or on mycic. ECAS also does not show any activity regarding MR. Don;t know how long before an MR.

This Friday will be one year since CIC received my application.

GCMS notes received yesterday shows USA Biographic as ready to be assessed not sure what it means?

It is because you might have usa visa or visited USA before or you must have mentioned about rejection, if u ever had. So they are cross checking info with USA.
"USA Biographic as ready to USAassessed " means Canada have received info from USA and now they will check details and later u will get NRT as status which says No reportable Trace which means all is good.

Received medical today at 1037 EST.

CIC asked me for more information and I uploaded it right away, through CIC as well as the case processing enquiry form, this was February 2nd. On my CIC it still says that they require more information. What to do here?

Did you get the receipt from CSE? When you submit document via CSE, the receipt, stating the document has been passed to the officer, will be sent to you in a week or so.

MyCIC is an useful but vague tool at the same time. Info on it is not trustworthy and not so up-to-date. It's still relying on manual input from the officer, so it won't be updated until an officer opens your file next time even though the newly submitted document has been already attached.
