Hello, all!

I finally got my file # today by mail.

They said they first sent me an email with file #, but it was returned.

I want to change my email address.

I followed instructions but I got stuck now.

One of the questions under 'Enquiry' section, I need to choose 'Type of Application' in the drop-down menu, but I only found 'Overseas Permanent Residence - Provincial Nominee'. Since I'm here in Canada, I don't think it's the right one. However, there's nothing else like 'In-canada PR - Provincial Nominee' on the menu.

I need some help.

If there's anybody who already went through this, please let me know~~.

Thanks in advance.

Good luck to you all!

HI All,

I received Nomination from Ontario in December 2015 and sent my complete docs to them in Jan 2016 first week.
It has already been more than 90 days , still no update.

Anyone here who got the 600 points from PNP in 2016?

dis is serious, what u explained here is close to 2 years, and we do see some applicants here using 9 month, some 8 months, depending on the VO, so what can u say about that, and to me what takes time most is between AOR and MEDICAL, cos once u do medicals, thats all, the process will become fast within 3-5 month ur true, and ur making a mistake, they do check security first, not medicals before security, its security first before medicals, and the normal time is 9 month for everytin, its split into 3 months

am not against what u typed, but with what i do see in dis forum, and what have heared, if on a normal condition thats if the applicants is not having any problems, it supose to be

File recived by CIC to AOR = between 2-3 month

A0R - MEDICALS 3-5 MONTHS

MEDICALS - PASSPORT REQUEST 3-4 MONTHS

PASSPORT RETURNED - 1MONTH

to me i belive this is the normal processing times for this tin, and if its fast and u repond to ur mails fast, u wont spend more than 10 months

Hi,
Finally my status was updated to: "Medical results have been received".
in total 16 days since medical was done

Good luck to everyone!

Hi zanna, I only received one email from CIC.
CIC used to send out 2 e-mails at first, one called AOR and the other one "We have started assessing your application". These days they do both of these e-mail combined in one e-mail.

After receiving this one e-mail you should have 2 lines in your e-cas:

We received your application *date*
We have started processing your application *date*

Sometimes you will get a e-mail if your file gets transferred to your local VO although not all VO's send the e-mail.

Hope this helps...

What happen if my passport expire while I am wating for PR?

Oct 01, 2015 paper inland Applicant is still waiting for MR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have heard about this case. I know about 40 people who are currently working on the meat plant. And, they are still waiting for MR. Most of them sent their applications on September-November.
