for clarification......

if on your ecas status MEDICAL RECEIVED does it mean that aside from the medical result, all the additional documents they required, and the RPRF are all received by the department?
I tracked my documents and yes received by someone in EFL London Canada office.
is there a way that i can confirm that they received my payment and additional documents?

Di ba you sent your RPRF payment receipt + additional documents via DHL to EFL Canada House in London. After that did you send a CSE to inform them that you already sent the said DOX or hindi na kailangan?

Ayoko na rin sanang mag CSE para di madagdagan emails nila. ;D

Yes send ako additonAl docs at rprf by dhl.. Wala ako nareceived na confirmation nila. Di ako nag send sa CSE kasi sabe wag daw mag double ng send. If u used courier un lng. Eh tayo need nila original docs kaya courier ang option ko...

I got AOR 22nd March 2016. And 7th April 2016 from New Delhi visa office I got second AOR .

But yesterday I got an email from CIC in which there is a sentence
"please note that applications will be assessed according to the instructions in place at the time they are received."

What does it mean? Does it mean my file will be transfer to Local Visa Office soon?
