Hello, Just want to show some light here, CIC is working, but just a bit slow.

March 29, 2016 applicant

April 4,2017 MR
April 22, 2017 done MR
June, 28,2017 BG check start.
DIDN'T ask any additional documents
--some time here DM--
July 5, 2017 PPR
July 11,2017 CIC receive my passport

Today just check my CIC my PR approved.

Now waiting for my Passport to come back, I have the Document Status.
I didn't travel too much only my country and Canada, maybe thats why the BG check a bit faster.
~~ oh and my passport is expire DEC 31, 2017~~ still approve it for me.

I uploaded my file on January 11th 2016, ME January 31st 2017, no attentional documents required at all. still waiting for decision made. I went to my MP twice and they said its in a final pending 2 month ago. so frustrated. Any advice? what should i do?

Jan 7 2016 Applicant. Did my medical exam in Feb 2017. Still have not receive PPR. Plus my bridge work permit application got refused. So frustrated, I have to stop working and do not know what should I do!

My PP was delivered on July, 10 and it is not approved yet. CIC is so slow...Did you call them? Like, they told me that PP was received on JULY, 10 but they did not open it untill July 20.

I am expecting to hear something from them on the next week. They can not hold it forever!!!

No, I didn't do anything at all. is all God's work.

But i don't know how long they will hold my PP, but since i got the Document Status maybe they print the stamp for me already?

we will never know... hope for the best!!

Hi. I am march 14 applicant too. Nothing yet. BG is still NA. My lawyer told me not to call cic. I dont know what to do. It is really frustrating.

Have any idea how long eligibility requirements check takes..??. my medical passed in late may after that still in eligibility requirements check going on... may 16, 2016 file received...

I think the eligibility will pass when you application is decision made.
