Well, I have just finished talking with agent. Waiting time was only 20 minutes. The best time to call them between 8 to 10 ( Alberta time-zone).

Like, he did not tell anything new to me. His system says the package with passports was received on July, 20 and was sent to printing room right away.

There is no timeframe. He just told me to check tracking number from day to day....

PP printing room ( received by CIC and sent to printing room on July 20)

Nobody knows . It paper files so maybe pilled up somewhere in th corner . Nobody touched them from long time . I got no update after September 2016

Jan 7 2016 Applicant. Did my medical exam in Feb 2017. Still have not receive PPR. Plus my bridge work permit application got refused. So frustrated, I have to stop working and do not know what should I do!

Jan 25 applicant, meds done in feb 2017 today my visa expires and I haven't received my work permit extension they said it would take 66 days I already applied in june
